Russian singer (soprano). While studying at the Moscow Conservatory, she took part in the 1st performance (student performance) of Tchaikovsky’s opera Eugene Onegin (1979, Tatiana’s part). In 1880-89 she was a soloist at the Bolshoi Theatre, where she sang in the first production on the Russian stage of the opera Fidelio (1, part of Leonora). Also the first performer of the role of Oksana in Tchaikovsky’s opera Cherevichki (1880). Among the parties are Tamara in The Demon, Antonida, Rosina, Margarita, and others. In 1887 she performed in Prague, where, together with Khokhlov, she participated in the operas Eugene Onegin and The Demon. In the 1889s. emigrated.
