Painful Zajick

Debut 1986 (San Francisco, Azucena part). Since 1988 at the Metropolitan Opera (parts of Amneris, Eboli in Don Carlos, etc.). Since 1994 she has performed at Covent Garden. In 1996 she performed the part of Amneris at the Arena da Verona festival. She recorded with Levine a number of Verdi’s parts at Sony (Azucena, Amneris, Eboli).
