Johann Christoph Bach |

Cousin of J.S. Bach. The most prominent representative of the older generation of Bachs. His compositions testify to the richness of the imagination, contain bold harmonic finds, and are distinguished by perfect technique. I preferred powerful sound. Never used less than 5 compulsory voices on organ.

Bach’s vocal compositions are the most significant. Author of cantatas, motets, 4-goal. arias, chorale preludes for organ, variations for clavier.
