Daniela Barcellona was born in Trieste, where she received her musical education from Alessandro Vitiello. The rise of Daniela Barcellona’s career was marked by participation in the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro in the summer of 1999. After her success in the title role of Rossini’s opera Tancred, the singer received invitations to sing on the stage of leading opera houses around the world. Her mastery of the bel canto style is especially appreciated in the French repertoire and in Verdi’s Requiem. In addition to a large number of opera engagements, several recordings are also planned to be released in the near future.
