Larisa Diadkova

Soloist of the Mariinsky Theater since 1978 (debut as Tsarevich Fyodor in Boris Godunov). Among the parties are Love in Mazepa (she also performed this part in Rome, Venice, etc.), Marfa in Khovanshchina, Nezhata in Sadko, etc. In the 1990s. also performs abroad. She performed the role of Ulrika in Un ballo in maschera (1995, Florence). In 1996 she made her debut at the Metropolitan Opera (in the opera André Chénier). She sang the part of Kabanikha in the opera Katya Kabanova by Janacek (Opera Bastille, season 1996/97). In the same year she performed the part of the Countess in Lyon. Among the recordings of the role of Ratmir (conductor Gergiev, Philips), Lyubov in Mazepa (conductor Jarvi, Deutsche Grammophon), etc.
