In 1955 he sang at the Glyndebourne Festival (Don Juan). Great success accompanied him at the premiere of op. Rossellini “View from the bridge” (1961, Rome), where he is a Spanish. part of Alfieri. Valdengo also acted in films, in particular in the film The Great Caruso, where he played the role of singer Scotty. In 1962 he published the book “I sang with Toscanini”, translated into Russian.
