Debut 1908 (Naples, part of Rosina). She has performed on the leading stages of Europe (Vienna Opera, Grand Opera, Barcelona, Rome). In 1910 she made her debut at the Metropolitan Opera as Rosina (one of the best in her repertoire). In 1913 she toured in St. Petersburg. In 1924 she sang the role of Gilda at Covent Garden. The repertoire also includes the roles of the Queen of the Night, Norina in the opera Don Pasquale, and others. She repeatedly performed together with Chaliapin. She has been teaching since 1932. Among her students at the Athens Conservatory are Kallas, Gencher.
