Christina Nilsson

Debut 1864 (Paris Theater Lyric, part of Violetta), in 1865 she performed here with great success the title role in Flotov’s March. She performed at Covent Garden (part of Manon and others). The first performer of the role of Ophelia in Tom’s Hamlet (1868, Paris). She was a participant in the opening of the Metropolitan Opera (1883), where she sang the part of Marguerite in Faust.
