Violin for beginners

Problems of novice violinists
Most of us are well aware that learning to play the violin is difficult. A much smaller part can give a few basic reasons why this is so. Therefore, it is worth presenting this topic, which may be especially useful for people who are just starting their musical adventure with the violin or are about to start learning. If we know what the problem is, we will have a chance to overcome the first difficulties that every beginner violinist has to face as painlessly as possible.
First of all, the violin is a very demanding instrument and the sooner we start learning them, the first is that it will be much easier for us to learn to play them well, but also all these initial difficulties are much easier for us to overcome then.
Finding the sound and playing clean
The biggest problem at the beginning is finding a specific sound, eg C. What is not difficult with the piano, piano and any other keyboard instrument, in the case of the violin, locating the sound is a kind of challenge. Before we know how all these notes are distributed over this long string, we are going to need some time. As we theoretically know where and where we have a given sound, the next problem will be hitting the sound precisely, because even a slight pressure on the string next to it will result in a sound that is too low or too high. If we do not want to fake, our finger must hit the point perfectly. And here we have a smooth neck, without frets and markings, as is the case with a guitar, and this forces us to be much more sensitive and precise. Of course, everything is manageable, but it takes many hours of arduous training, starting from very slow paces to faster and faster paces.
Correct arrangement of the instrument
How we hold our instrument and bow is of great importance to the comfort of our playing. The instrument must be perfectly correlated with us, which is colloquially speaking, matched. The so-called a rib and a chin that fit well significantly improve the comfort, and thus the quality of our game. Correct use of the bow also requires proper training. The bow on the frog is heavier and lighter at the top, so when playing you have to modulate the amount of pressure the bow has on the strings to make it sound correct. Therefore, in order to get a good sound, you need to constantly adjust the pressure of the bow, depending on the height of the bow and the string it is playing on at the moment. As you can see, we have a lot of work to do before we learn it all. It must also be said that before our body gets used to the rather unnatural position of playing the violin, it can be quite difficult for us physically. The violin and the bow themselves are not particularly heavy, but the position that we have to adopt for the exercise means that after a dozen or so minutes of practice, you may feel tired. Therefore, correct posture is very important from the beginning, so that we do not tense ourselves during the exercise.
Playing the violin, viola or cello requires incredible precision. The quality of the instrument itself is also important. Of course, for children there are correspondingly smaller sizes, because the instrument, above all, must also be properly sized in terms of the age and height of the learner. Certainly, you should have certain predispositions for the violin, and it is undoubtedly an instrument for a real enthusiast for whom hours of practicing will be a pleasure, not a sad duty.
