Jader Bignamini
Yader Binyamini is a conductor who is distinguished by powerful charisma and an exceptionally bright personality component, as well as an extraordinary level of musical training and sophistication. He honed and developed his technical and artistic abilities at the Giuseppe Verdi Symphony Orchestra of Milan, where already in 1997, at only 21 years old, Maestro Riccardo Chailly offered him the position of small clarinet of the symphony ensemble.
In 2009, he collaborated with the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, with the Verona Arena Orchestra and, of course, with the Giuseppe Verdi Symphony Orchestra of Milan, with whom in 2010, among other things, he recorded for the first time the composition “Heroic Spirit” for the Sky TV channel (Heroic spirit), which Antonio Di Yorio composed as the official soundtrack for the Vancouver Winter Olympics.
In 2010, he was appointed Assistant Conductor of the Giuseppe Verdi Symphony Orchestra of Milan, and in this capacity he has been preparing the orchestra for the performance of Mahler’s symphonies with guest conductors in the 2010/2011 symphony season at Milan’s Auditorium.
On March 13, 2011, Binjamini makes his debut at the conductor’s stand of this orchestra, which performs Mahler’s Fifth Symphony, and just eight days later, on March 20, he conducts a concert on the occasion of the celebration of the 150th anniversary of the unification of Italy on live television, in the presence of the President of the Republic, Giorgio Napolitano who was in Milan on an official visit.
All in the same 2011, in the concert hall of San Domenico di Foligno, he conducted the Milan Symphony Orchestra and the Symphony Choir. Giuseppe Verdi performing Verdi’s Requiem, and during the MiTo 2001 music festival he plays Liszt’s Solemn Mass and Berlioz’s Solemn Mass at the Church of San Marco in Milan.
In April 2012, Biniamini became the conductor of the Giuseppe Verdi Symphony Orchestra of Milan and, as part of the siphon season of the orchestra, holds a concert dedicated to the great Russian symphonic music; one of the main works performed in it was “Pictures at an Exhibition” by Modest Mussorgsky.
At the end of August, the Orchestra. Verdi, under the direction of Binyamini, closed his first summer season with Bizet’s opera Carmen in concert, “Summer with Music 2012”. And already on September 13, 2012, he opened his XX symphonic season in Milan’s Auditorium Hall, performing with violinist Francesca Dego and performing Prokofiev’s Second Concerto for Violin and Orchestra.
