Debut 1885 (Prague, part of Rosina). In 1886 she performed with great success in Moscow on the stage of the Bolshoi Theater (Rozina’s part), the Moscow Private Russian. op. From 1888 she sang regularly at Covent Garden, from 1893 at the Metropolitan Opera (debut in the title role in the op. Philemon and Baucis by Gounod). Later she sang on the leading stages of the world, repeatedly came to Russia, where she was invariably successful. Among the parties are Carmen, Sophie in Werther, Lakme, Violetta, Margarita, Tatiana, title roles in op. “Mignon” Tom, “Dinora” Meyerbeer and others. In 1911 she left the stage.
