Swiss singer (bass-baritone). Performs as a singer since 1978 (in concerts). He made his debut on the opera stage in 1982 (Lyon, Rameau’s “Boreads”). He had great success in Mozart’s parts (Guglielmo in “That’s what everyone does”, Papageno, Leporello). He performed in Lausanne, Hamburg, Vienna. In 1994 he performed the part of Don Giovanni at the Glyndebourne Festival. Among the recordings of the role of Papageno (conducted by A. Ostman, L’Oiseau-Lyre), Golo in Debussy’s Pelléas et Mélisande (conducted by Duthoit, Decca), etc.
