Debut 1876 (Venice, part of Gilda, where she was invited on the recommendation of Verdi). From 1877 she sang in London (Lucia, Queen of the Night, Amina in Bellini’s La Sonnambula). From 1878 she performed with great success in New York. Among the parties are also Violetta, Rosina, Margarita, Elsa in Lohengrin and others. From 1889 she lived in Berlin, where she opened a singing school. In 1918 she left for Italy.
